The Seventh Circuit has definitively clarified that establishing a “convincing mosaic of evidence” is not a legal standard a plaintiff must satisfy to survive summary judgment on a Title VII claim.

This blog has covered the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's decisions that the language of Title VII prohibits employment discrimination against an individual because of that individual's LGBT status. Late last month, the Seventh Circuit chimed weighed in, the first Circuit Court to do so following the Supreme Court's opinion in Obergefell v. Hodges.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has revised its proposal to collect pay data through the EEO-1 process. The EEOC has updated the proposal based on comments received this spring in response to the initial proposal. There is now another comment period, ending August 15, 2016.
