Use IndyBarHQ Spaces for Work and Play
With FREE and low fee work and conference spaces, IndyBarHQ is the place to work downtown. Just two blocks from Monument Circle, the Indiana State Capitol and Circle Centre mall, and within close walking distance of the downtown canal and a variety of other downtown attractions, hotels and restaurants, IndyBarHQ boasts flexible meeting spaces, state-of-the art technology, reliable WIFI connectivity and easy access via private street-level entrances.
IndyBarHQ spaces are perfect for individual work, events, or meetings ranging from two to 75 people, with each space outfitted with beautiful furnishings and equipment. Parking is easy and affordable, too.

Reservations for both complimentary office space (members only) and paid meeting spaces* at IndyBarHQ can be made quickly and easily. (Note: you will be prompted to create a username and password in order to book online). Non-members must email iba@indybar.org to reserve spaces.).
*Members can take advantage of same day complimentary use of the facilities (excluding the Education Center) subject to availability. For reservations outside of normal IndyBarHQ hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Fridays by request of 48 hours notice.), please contact IndyBar.
Parking
IndyBarHQ is located at 140 N. Illinois St., just south of the intersection of Illinois St. and Ohio St. Parking is available in an attached garage (enter off of Ohio St.) and in a surface lot directly south of our building on Illinois St. Surface lot parking is available for a daily rate (scan the QR code in the lot to note your space and pay). A variety of other parking garages, lots and street spaces are located in close proximity.

Focus Rooms/Private Office & Wellness Room
Located on the first floor of HQ, private Focus Rooms/Offices provide you with a work surface, a monitor for additional display, power, and locked storage should you need to step away from your work. Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, the Wellness Room provides you with a work surface, a monitor for additional display, power, a comfortable side chair for relaxing, and a locking door for lactating mothers or others in need of enhanced privacy.

Education Center
The IndyBar Education Center features two drop-down projection screens with ceiling mounted projectors, one large LED monitor, full audio-visual equipment including speakers and microphones, and a speaker's podium and elevated seating for a speaker panel. Maximum capacity is 75, seated classroom style. The room can also be reconfigured into a variety of other seating arrangements. The Education Center is located on the first floor of IndyBarHQ with windows along the east (Illinois St.) and south sides of the space.
Rental Rates: Education Center
IndyBar Members: $100 per hour (<= 4 hrs); $90 per hour (>4 hrs)
Non-Members: $125 per hour

This first-floor meeting room can host 18 individuals and is equipped with a wall-mounted LED monitor (connect via streaming media or hard wiring), teleconferencing equipment including microphones and powered tables.

Non-Members: $100 per hour

These second-floor desk spaces are designed for 1-2 individuals to use. They come equipped with monitors and access to power. A total of 5 desk spaces are available for member use. These can only be reserved via email to iba@indybar.org.
