Lambda Committee Purpose Statement
The Lambda Committee aims to cultivate a thriving and visible community for LGBTQ+ lawyers, judges, paralegals, and law students within the bar association and broader legal community. Through networking opportunities, civic engagement, resource sharing, and educational programs, the committee fosters professional development, retention, and inclusivity. The committee champions intersectionality by educating members on legal developments impacting the LGBTQ+ community while recognizing the diverse experiences within this community.
