The Insurance Coverage Section Executive Committee welcomes blog submissions that will enlighten and educate members of our section. Please be advised that submissions will be reviewed prior to posting and may be edited for content, clarity, and space limitations. The purpose of the Insurance Coverage Section is to focus on substantive insurance coverage law and procedural aspects of insurance coverage litigation in Indiana while promoting networking and relationship-building among Indianapolis-based coverage attorneys.
