The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has revised its proposal to collect pay data through the EEO-1 process. The EEOC has updated the proposal based on comments received this spring in response to the initial proposal. There is now another comment period, ending August 15, 2016. The updated document includes the Commission's responses to comments it received. View the document in the Federal Register and submit formal comments here.
