Children in high crime areas need our help. Through the Indianapolis Bar Foundation Impact Fund, 2015 grant recipient Peace Learning Center (PLC) is launching innovative programs to encourage happier and safer environments while reducing suspensions, expulsions and instructional time lost.

Marion County Circuit and Superior Courts have launched TheRecordXchange, a customized transcript portal. TheRecordXchange offers significant benefits to transcript consumers including public and private attorneys, judges and pro se litigants. 

The Indianapolis Bar Association continues to closely follow Senate Bill 352, which proposes the establishment of a new selection system for Marion County Superior Court Judges.

A bill to provide for the selection of Marion Superior Court judges has passed the Senate and has been closely followed by the Indianapolis Bar Association (IndyBar) Legislative Committee.

Applications for an upcoming vacancy on the state’s highest court are due January 25, 2016 by noon.
