May we take a moment to remember the brave, smart and committed women first to enter our profession in Indiana.

A variety of scholarships, including a scholarship from the Women and the Law Division, are available to attend the 2021 IndyBar Bench Bar Conference June 17-19, 2021 at the Louisville Downtown Omni Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.

Today, about one-third of active judges are women who serve as U.S. Court of Appeals judges, U.S. District Court judges, U.S. Magistrate judges, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court judges. In honor of Women’s History Month,  U.S. Courts feature women judges as part of its “Pathways to the Bench” video series and pay homage to the pioneers who paved the way.
