Indiana Gets 'D' for Family Friendly Employment Laws - Labor and Employment Law News

The National Partnership for Women & Families conducted a survey that graded each state based on its family friendly laws. The survey took into account state laws that went beyond federal laws in place to aid expecting and new parents. The results? Seventeen states failed, California was the only state that got an A, and Indiana ended up with a D.
