EEOC Charge-Filing Procedures During COVID-19 Pandemic

All Indianapolis District Office EEOC employees continue working in mandatory telework status. Though the office is closed employees are still performing their duties. Andrea Dayharsh, Supervisor of the Charge Receipt/Technical Information Unit, is accepting service of completed charges by email (andrea.dayharsh@eeoc.gov) or fax (317-226-7953). Dayharsh can also provide a blank charge form upon your request.
