This past Thursday, the White House and the EEOC announced the proposal to collect pay data through the EEO-1 reporting process will proceed. Employers will have 18 months to prepare, as the first deadline for the new 2017 EEO-1 report is March 31, 2018. (The current reports, due September 30, 2016, is unchanged.)
