New "Digest of EEO Law" Issued by EEOC - Labor and Employment Law News

On April 4, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission released the latest edition of it's Digest of Equal Employment Opportunity Law. The new document is available to view here.

This recent edition features summaries of EEOC decisions involving: Agency Processing, Findings of the Merits, Attorney's Fees, Class Complaints, Remedies, Compensatory Damages, Sanctions, Dismissals, Settlement Agreements, Stating a Claim, Summary Judgment and Timeliness, and an article entitled, "Stating a Claim in the EEO Process: Determining One's Status as Either an Employee or Independent Contractor."
