OSHA to Raise Fines Significantly in 2016

The budget deal passed by Congress and signed by President Obama includes an update to the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 and mandates that regulatory fines be adjusted for inflation. Among fines due for an adjustment are those imposed by OSHA. This post shows the math.
