Pandemic Preparedness CLE Will Cover Employment Considerations

On Tuesday, October 13 the Health Care & Life Sciences Section and Labor & Employment Law Section  will host Pandemic Preparedness: Legal, Employment and Ethical Considerations from 2 to 4 p.m. This CLE will feature experts from various fields, including labor & employment law attorneys who will discuss employment considerations in the face of a health care crisis.

The following professionals will speak at this program: Janet McCutchan, Indiana State Department of Health; Chad Priest, IU School of Nursing; Dorothy D. Parson, Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC; Eric Meslin, IU Center for Bioethics; and Robin E. Ludlow, Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman PC.
