Federal Court Grants Summary Judgment in Favor of NLRB

Another federal court has turned back a challenge of the NLRB's Representation-Case Procedures final rule. The District Court for the District of Columbia granted summary judgment to the NLRB on July 29, 2015. More information about the final rule is available from the NLRB's fact sheet.
