Laura Ross has joined Church Church Hittle and Antrim, in the Estate Planning and Administration practice group. Laura brings valuable experience, having previously served at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. Her legal background includes estate planning, estate administration, and a strong commitment to serving individuals and families in their long-term planning needs. 

Jim Rossow has joined Blackwell Burke Fowler & Rossow PC. He is focuses on experienced creditors' rights and commercial lawyer representing creditors, trustees, receivers, and occasionally business debtors and insiders in business bankruptcies and other state and federal court litigation. Jim also advises lenders on credit decisions, structuring secured credit, and default and enforcement in and out of court.

Daniel Spungen was recently promoted to partner at Amundsen Davis in the firm's Banking & Finance Service Group. Daniel provides legal guidance to banks, financial institutions, start-ups, and corporations.

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is now expaning into Florida through a merger with Mrachek Law, a distinguished litigation boutique based in West Palm Beach and Stuart. The current term of office of United States Magistrate Judge Tim A. Baker, at Indianapolis, Indiana, is due to expire on September 30, 2025. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana is required by law to establish a panel of citizens to consider the reappointment of the magistrate judge to a new eight-year term.

Meet our newest member spotlight, Amanda Wilhite.

The Indianapolis Bar Association has appointed James Bell, a partner at Hoover Hull Turner LLP, as its representative on the Marion County Judicial Selection Committee. Bell succeeds Michael Gaerte of Dentons Bingham Greenebaum, who has served in the role since the committee’s formation in 2017. Read more about his appointment.
