Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears announced today that the Good Faith Initiative will resume Dec. 1 through Dec. 31. The Good Faith Initiative allows noncustodial parents, who have had their driver’s license suspended by the state due to delinquent child support obligations, an opportunity to have their license reinstated. Since its inception in Dec. 2019, the Good Faith Initiative has served hundreds of community members.

In January 2021, the Marion Superior Court will convert three of its existing courts into three Family Transition Courts. The courts will be D10, D14 and D16 (formerly Criminal Division G16). The court assignments will be as follows.
