The National Law Review reports that recent accidents involving automated vehicles have some wondering if having less cars on the road is a better long-term approach. As it turns out, the world’s top automaker might be developing technology that will take cars off the road, literally.

NPR recently reported that a federal judge in Wyoming has struck down the Obama administration's regulations on hydraulic fracturing, ruling that the U.S. Bureau of Land Management doesn't have the authority to establish rules over fracking on federal and Indian lands.

On Monday, June 13, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review a decision by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals upholding the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (“MATS”) rule promulgated by the EPA.

EPA recently published proposed rule amendments that would subject site remediation activities performed under CERCLA and RCRA to National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (“NESHAP”; referred to as the “Site Remediation Rule”). The comment period closes on June 27.

Earlier this year, the City decided to revisit its plans for a recycling program that would mix recyclables with household trash to be sorted out at a to-be-built recycling facility. The City is now holding a series of public meetings about the future of residential recycling in Indianapolis.
