The COVID-19 public health crisis has caused many people to reconsider their estate planning in light of scenarios that may have previously been unthinkable. As a service to IndyBar members, the Indianapolis Bar Foundation Legacy Society and the IndyBar Estate Planning & Administration Section have teamed up to offer a free review of existing estate planning documents.

The IndyBar is ready to step in to bridge the gap for new graduates with the no-fee Graduate Legal Intern Skills Workshop, which will provide tools 2020 Indiana law school graduates need to get to work. IndyBar attorney members, in conjunction with the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, will bridge the “knowing-doing gap” often experienced by new practitioners with a core curriculum aimed at developing business and client skills followed by substantive programming in a legal track of the participant’s choice.
