Today, about one-third of active judges are women who serve as U.S. Court of Appeals judges, U.S. District Court judges, U.S. Magistrate judges, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court judges. In honor of Women’s History Month,  U.S. Courts feature women judges as part of its “Pathways to the Bench” video series and pay homage to the pioneers who paved the way.

“Dear Reader, if there is a scandal, I shall uncover it.”  Oh, the written prose of Lady Whistledown, anonymous gossip gatherer and publisher of the “Society Papers” in Netflix’s huge hit, Bridgerton. Seems Lady Whistledown recently has gone on holiday and capable cousin, Lady Lawschooldown, is now writing in her absence about a subject familiar to all of us. Law school.
