Mark Your Calendar: How to Prepare a Land Valuation Expert Witness for Testimony

On Wednesday, October 29 from noon to 1 p.m. the WLD will sponsor "How to Prepare a Land Valuation Expert Witness for Testimony", a CLE that offers one general credit.

Key topics to be addressed include: State and Federal Rules of Evidence pertaining to expert witnesses, witness preparation, knowledge of subject matter and Do's and Don'ts of Obtaining Expert Witness Testimony.
