Open Doors with the IndyBar Women and the Law Division Mentoring Program

Female mentorship in the workplace is important now more than ever, and the IndyBar Women and the Law Division is looking to help you find your perfect match! The WLD's Mentoring Program opens the door to the IndyBar's abundant network of female lawyers ready to become a part of YOUR team and aid your success as a lawyer in Indianapolis.

Fast Facts:

• Mentoring teams consist of 3-5 people with a balanced mix of mentees and mentors.
• Each mentoring team will meet once a month (or as often as schedules allow!) to share advice, perspectives and stories.

How to Sign Up:

Each year, the WLD hosts a reception to kick-off the Mentoring Program. Keep an eye on the IndyBar events calendar each year for details on the reception and when to sign up for the Mentoring Program.

Nominations

The IndyBar Women and the Law Division recognizes a need to honor female attorneys who are on the path to becoming trailblazers while also demonstrating a commitment to mentoring others. To do so, each year the WLD presents the WLD Mentor Award. Please take a moment to nominate a female attorney who has demonstrated a sincere commitment to mentoring other women in the legal profession. The deadline to submit a 2024 WLD Mentor Award nomination is now November 3, 2023. Nominate a mentor here.
