In this interview on Harvard Law Today, Dean Martha Minow of the Law School talks about her journey in the law field. Despite her success and obvious affinity for the subject, she says she was not always as certain about her place in pursuing law. She says, "I really didn’t think about gender until I was in law school. And then, it was just very palpable that this was a very male institution."
