What two traits do many successful women lawyers have in common? Research reveals that grit (defined as “perseverance and passion for long-term goals”) along with a growth mindset (a view that one’s strengths and abilities can be developed through dedication and effort) are two important traits that have been shown to impact the success of women lawyers.
