Do you want to dive into a new book? Craving to get lost in a captivating podcast or TV show? The Women and the Law Division's #IMHO has just what you're looking for! Judge Helen Marchal has our recommendation for this month.

Last November, I signed up and participated in the WLD’s “Defuse Holiday and Pandemic Stress with Mindfulness Practice” led by local attorney Jill Carnell. Having not felt zen for quite some time, I was pleasantly surprised at how much better I felt after we finished.

Soon thereafter, I found Urban Meditation, located just south of Keystone at the Crossing. This locally owned business hosts up to 16 30-minute sessions throughout the day. The women running the studio are kind, funny and passionate about meditation and its benefits. Trust me, lying on the heated volcanic lava floor while listening to calm voices lead you through a guided meditation (changing daily!) could be the perfect way for you to start, continue, or end your day.
