Tell us where you’re from and where you went to law school.

I’m originally from Louisville, Kentucky, and I attended the University of Kentucky College of Law.

You work at Ice Miller LLP---more specifically what do you do?

I am an associate in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group, where I focus primarily on labor and employment matters. Most of my work involves employment litigation, although I also advise employers on compliance with various state and federal laws.

What do you find most rewarding about your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is when a client feels supported and is happy with the outcome we’ve achieved on their behalf. I appreciate knowing that my work has made a difference, especially when hearing that directly from a client.

What was your reason for joining IndyBar’s Women in the Law Division?

I was drawn to the Women in the Law Division because it’s inspiring to see other women succeed and thrive in the legal profession. The Division not only highlights those achievements but also creates opportunities to connect with and learn from other women in the field, which I’ve found both empowering and valuable.

Anything in your personal life (e.g., big life events/achievements, fun travel, etc.) you’d like to share?

My daughter was born in December 2025. Becoming a mom has been such a joyful experience. I love watching her grow and change every day, especially as she is starting to show her personality more and more.
