A survey by the Association of Corporate Counsel found that particular groups of women that hold general counsel positions are being financially compensated more than males. It is exciting for women to be recognized for their hard work and talent, but the road isn't over yet. The survey looks at pay from the past year, meaning that only time will tell what has become of the gender pay gap.
