California Bridge Collapse Settlement Reexamined

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the district court’s ruling finding coverage for a construction company in a bridge collapse lawsuit. A California bridge improvement construction project was compromised by water intrusion, causing collapse and injuries to workers.
