Exclusions Remove Coverage For New Jersey Development Damages - Insurance Coverage

A New Jersey appellate court affirmed a trial court’s holding that exclusions for faulty workmanship and business errors removed coverage for water intrusion damages to an Asbury Park condominium development. After completion of the development in 2007, water intrusion damages were discovered and eventually remediated for more than $800,000.
