KPMG Washington National Tax Professionals discuss the possibility of what Congress may do this summer regarding a new tax bill and when it may happen.

TurboTax (owned by Intuit) has released a new series of commercials, which states you can get your "simple return" filed for free, even when a professional does it. The FTC bemoaned that it's not until the individual completes this process before being told at a "hard stop" that payment is required.

Thanks to a $35,000 grant from the Indianapolis Bar Foundation, a new program from Indiana Disability Rights will empower these individuals to make their important end-of-life choices known.
