Among many new laws set to take effect in the State of Indiana on July 1, 2016, Indiana House Bill 1222 makes changes to the statutes applicable to condominium and homeowners associations.  Along with other changes, the new changes will ensure more transparency between the Board of Directors of the association and the members.
