Minority Support in the Indianapolis Legal Community

The Indianapolis Bar Association recognizes the importance of representation in all aspects of work among members of IndyBar, within the practice of law and within the communities where we live and work. The association, through its actions and those of its members, seeks to be instrumental in creating a profession that more accurately reflects our world.  


Minority Outreach Committee

Purpose: The Indianapolis Bar Association is committed to increasing minority representation in the legal profession. The association engages with minority bar associations, legal organizations, and law schools to raise awareness about the association’s mission, opportunities and commitment to a profession reflects the communities we serve.
