Important Dates

Indianapolis is on Eastern time and all deadlines are noted in Eastern time.
Bidding opens on May 9 and closes at 11:59 p.m. on June 2, 2025.
Employers pre-select interviews from June 3 through June 10, 2025.
Initial interview schedule available for acceptance June 11 through June 18, 2025.
Alternates can accept openings until June 25, 2025.
Final interview schedule available July 1, 2025.
Fair takes place July 10, 2025.

Click here to register! Once you've registered, an IndyBar staff member will reach out with instructions on how to create an account with Flo Recruit. There is NO FEE to participate in the Fair. Please bid on all employers! Only selecting a few employers will negatively impact how many interviews you receive.

Interview Process
It is our goal for students and employers to mutually select each other during the bidding process. In the event your schedule isn't filled, you may be placed in an interview with an additional employer you may not have selected. All interviews will be conducted online.

Students will have a maximum of twelve interviews over July 9 and 10, 2025.
