A Delaware judge has declined to dismiss a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems against Fox News over the network’s election fraud claims. The judge ruled that Dominion’s complaint supports a reasonable inference that Fox either knew or had “a high degree of awareness” that its statements about Dominion’s voting software were false.

The Indiana Supreme Court’s latest annual report is available online. The 62-page Supreme Court annual report provides information about the work of the Court and its affiliated agencies during the fiscal year from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
