The Marion County Judicial Selection Committee has extended the deadline for applications to fill vacancies on the Marion Superior Court due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It announced this week that the deadline of March 30, 2020 is now postponed until June 19, 2020.

House Bill 1143 prohibits an employer from requiring an employee to have a device implanted in his or her body as a condition of employment, as a condition of employment in a particular position, or as a condition of receiving additional compensation or benefits.

A variety of scholarships are available to attend the 2020 IndyBar Bench Bar Conference June 18-20, 2020 at the French Lick Springs Hotel in French Lick, Indiana. IndyBar's Bench Bar Conference is Indiana's premier event to bring lawyers, judges and paralegals together for a great time and top-notch CLE programming. Scholarships funded by the Indianapolis Bar Foundation will be awarded in addition to those awarded through IndyBar sections and divisions.
