It's the dawning of the season of giving! Many of us are in an adversarial role every day, which can be draining. One way to recharge is to help people that are less fortunate and in need of even basic items.

Beginning on December 1, 2018, the Indiana Secretary of State’s office will process Authentication and Apostille requests in the following manner.

The Marion Superior Court Executive Committee, pursuant to local rule and vote, has made court assignments to commence January 2019

The Domestic Relations Committee of the Indiana Judicial Conference has begun the quadrennial review of the Indiana Child Support Guidelines. Federal regulations require each state to have presumptive guidelines and to review them no less than every four years. Indiana’s guidelines fall under the mandate of the Indiana Supreme Court, with the Domestic Relations Committee undertaking the review process, culminating in a report to the Supreme Court with recommendations for changes.
