As you may recall, last September the Environmental Law Section presented a seminar about the impending transfer of the Marion County environmental docket to its new home in Superior Court D12 to be presided over by Judge Patrick J. Dietrick and Commissioner Therese A. Hannah. Recently, that transfer became a reality.

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) and members of the Indiana Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Fund Committee will host five public meetings around the state to provide information and gather input on Indiana's Beneficiary Mitigation Plan.

The Indiana Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Fund Committee will convene for an orientation session on January 11, 2018. The orientation session is for committee members only and will be closed to the public in accordance with Indiana’s Open Door Law at IC 5-14-1.5-2(c)(6).
