Summary

As LGBTQ+ rights receive greater attention at the state and federal levels, legal practitioners need to understand the issues that may affect their clients. LGBTQ+ individuals can face unique legal and social challenges, even as public awareness continues to evolve. This program provides attorneys with key factors to consider when working with LGBTQ+ clients.

  • Practical tips for assisting while they remain in custody
  • Medical issues faced by LGBTQ+ clients, particularly those in custody
