IndyBar's HEAL committee works with Kurt Spivey, retired officer from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, to create a unique, reality-based program on workplace violence. Spivey uses his 24 years of police experience to build a presentation that forces the uncomfortable conversation of preparing for violent crises in our everyday life.
