Financing statements are critical to ensure a party's priority. It's important to know what can, should and must be in them to avoid disaster. This presentation covers current requirements for financing statements filed on behalf of secured parties. Topics of discussion consist of what must be included for a valid filing, what may be included and what secured parties may want to include despite it not being required.
