E-Discovery 101

During this program, executive committee members from the E-Discovery, Information Governance & Cyber Security Section will introduce you to e-discovery, and give you some top tips and how-to's when it comes to this particular practice. Speakers will discuss legal hold notice best practices to avoid spoliation, conference of parties when preparing for e-discovery, preparing a production including proper production formats, and more. E-discovery forms and checklists are included.
