During this seminar we hear opinions and guidance from debtor and creditor practitioners who regularly deal with small businesses and their owners. Panelists discuss how to navigate corporate issues when the business has no operating agreement or a very limited one and cover how to assist a small business that is dealing with collection efforts against the company or the company's owner. Finally, we provide insight for resolving owner disputes that could shut down the business.
