This session is geared toward those just getting into the practice of expungements, which is a booming area of practice that just keeps growing. This nuts and bolts course explores the practical application of the expungement law, including case law and the role of attorneys in the expungement process. We also examine some of the finer details of these cases that attorneys may be missing.
