Each November we pause to give thanks for so many things including the best of the best in our Indianapolis legal community.  This is a large legal community filled with outstanding lawyers, judges, paralegals, and law students. This year IndyBar will host its annual Recognition Breakfast on November 22 at 8 a.m. at Meridian Hills.  The event will feature several award recipients, including Luminary Award winner John Kautzman of Ruckelshaus Kautzman Blackwell, a stellar class of 50 Year Practitioners, and several more.

Most, if not all of us, have experienced a shift in how we attend hearings, interact with clients and generally practice law due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Indianapolis Bar Association’s Nominating Committee has announced the selection of the 2023 Board of Directors’ Executive Committee. Leading the slate is Lee Christie of Christie Farrell Lee & Bell who has been chosen as the 2025 President of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He will serve as the association’s First Vice President in 2023 and as President-Elect in 2024.
