11:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET
These two sessions are your answer to questions you have about patent, trademark and copyright law! This two-hour annual intellectual property update will help you stay on top in 2021. During the first hour, our speakers will discuss major 2020 patent litigation and decisions, as well as focus on current patent prosecution strategies. In hour two, we'll review important 2020 proceedings, legislation, court decisions and cases affecting trademark law, as well as major 2020 court decisions and pending cases affecting copyright law. We will also focus on current trademark and copyright strategies. Join in on the conversation and learn more about ways to strengthen your IP practice moving forward!
Attend both hours or just one! During the registration process, you will have the option to register for both sessions or each hour separately.
