This CLE will provide both a refresher and important updates in federal health care fraud and abuse enforcement. Focusing on criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
During this course, you will:
- Hear the perspective of the two former U.S. Attorneys from the U.S Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Indiana
- Learn how the DOJ and the US Attorney's Office enforce health care fraud in criminal and civil cases
- Learn the various administrative enforcement options HHS-OIG and CMS have at their disposal and how they use them
- Hear from current and former federal officials and practitioners about the state of health care fraud enforcement and emerging trends with the new administration

Failure to complete the online course within 30 days will require you to re-enroll and purchase again in order to view and complete the education program.
NOTE: CLE credit will not be reported to the Indiana Supreme Court Office of Admissions and Continuing Education (Commission) until payment for the course has been received in full. The Commission will not approve online CLE credit if you previously received credit for the same course. It is your responsibility to monitor your credits.
