A Delaware judge has declined to dismiss a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems against Fox News over the network’s election fraud claims. The judge ruled that Dominion’s complaint supports a reasonable inference that Fox either knew or had “a high degree of awareness” that its statements about Dominion’s voting software were false.

Thinking on our feet and problem solving are a part of the job, you say? Well, who better than an attorney (and an attorney with an appreciation and interest in government at that) to join the team?
