Don’t forget to take a look at the changes to the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines that are new for 2022! Of note, there is a ton of commentary added to illustrate what should be/will be considered when thinking about different kinds of parenting plans as well as commentary on what constitutes “regular care responsibilities” as it relates to children under three years of age.
