OEA Director and Chief ELJ Judge Mary Davidsen to Retire

Judge Mary Davidsen, longtime Director and Chief Environmental Law Judge of the Indiana Office of Environmental Adjudication, has announced that she plans to retire at the end of the year.  She began at OEA in 2003.

Her time at OEA caps a full career of public service and private practice.  She earned her law degree from the IU School of Law-Indianapolis (now the McKinney School of Law), after obtaining a B.A. from Purdue University in Radio/TV/Film and Secondary Education and an M.B.A from the University of Indianapolis.  Before taking the lead position at OEA, Judge Davidsen served as an attorney with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and worked in private practice. She is also active with the Sagamore American Inn of Court.
