Upcoming CLE with Mediation Credit: What Happens When You Don't Settle at Mediation?

On Thursday, October 16, the ADR Section will sponsor "What Happens When You Don't Settle at Mediation?: Local Court Rulings After Mediation Has Failed" from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Plaza Conference Center. This CLE will provide attending mediators with information (both anecdotal and from caselaw) as to recent rulings made by local judges on a variety of issues. The seminar will cover recent published, non-published, and trial court rulings from our local judges.

Robin Kelly of Mitchell Law Group a nd Darryn Duchon of Buck Berry Landau & Breunig will be the featured speakers. Attendees will earn one mediation credit at this CLE and will have the chance to attend the Annual Social at Tastings after the seminar from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
