Public Comment Period Opens for Proposed Amendments to Federal Rules of Procedure

On August 15, the public comment period opened for proposed amendments to the federal rules of appellate, bankruptcy, civil and criminal procedures. The period will close on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. The proposed amendments were approved for publication by the Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure in May this year.
